Listing terms

These terms apply to every listing a firm adds or claims on Bags That Pay. A listing is reviewed against them before it is published; payment never changes where a listing appears.

  1. Relevant. The listing is a firm, adviser or provider whose work is the subject of this directory in the jurisdictions selected. Unrelated services are refused.
  2. Accurate and verifiable. Every claim can be checked: a licence or registration number matches a public register, the website is the firm's own, and nothing states a result you cannot evidence.
  3. Not a scam, not a promotion. No token sales, airdrops, guaranteed or projected returns, recovery services, referral or promo codes, or pressure to act. Listings do not promote qualifying crypto-assets to UK consumers; any that does is removed.
  4. Reviewed before it is live, refunded if refused. A person checks the listing against the register and these terms within three working days. A refused listing is refunded in full. Payment never changes ranking; a sponsored slot is sold separately and always labelled.
  5. Kept true. You keep the listing current. A licence that lapses or a register entry that is withdrawn takes the listing down until it is fixed.
  6. Authorised to act. The person submitting the listing is authorised to act for the firm named on it.

Version d6849ecd150b. A change to any clause is a new version; a listing accepted under an earlier version keeps it until renewal.
